[Information Security]Please do not install or use non-compliant software, and be sure to abide by copyright laws, patent rights, trademark rights and other relevant intellectual property rights regulations.

Hello everyone:

1. Please be sure to obtain legal authorization before installing or using all software. If relevant legal proceedings are triggered, the legal liability will be borne by the individual himself.

2. Officers, teachers, colleagues, and students are requested to check in detail whether the software installed in their computers, laptops, and servers (including offices, laboratories, research laboratories, and computer classrooms under their jurisdiction) is legal software. If there is any illegal software installed, Legal software, please remove it immediately and do not install or use it again.

3. Teachers and students please pay special attention to the computers and laptops in the laboratory or research room. Please confirm that no unauthorized or illegal software is installed or used (whether installed by the manufacturer, installed by the senior sister, installed by yourself, or installed by others); Each IP has a manager (and user). If the computer (information and communication equipment) of the IP is reported to have software infringement or an information security incident, the manager and user will bear relevant legal responsibilities.

4. Currently, many software have automatic update or rollback mechanisms (including cracked versions of software), which will record the IP used, date and time and other relevant information as legal evidence. Therefore, please do not install or use illegal software.

5. If you accept computers, laptops, servers handed over by others (colleagues, classmates, seniors, etc.), please be sure to format all disk drives and reinstall the operating system after backing up important data.

6. The school’s authorized software can only be used on official computers used by faculty and staff. Faculty and staff are prohibited from installing and using computers or laptops purchased for personal use. (Students at school can install the school’s authorized software on their personal computers or laptops).

7. Private computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablets and other information and communication devices of students, teachers, staff and others are connected to the Internet through the school network (wired and wireless) and IP. If the use of illegal software is recorded and then seized , report, legal responsibility will be borne by the individual himself.

8. Although some software is free for personal use in the copyright statement or on the webpage, when faculty and staff perform official duties inside and outside the school and are not within the scope of personal use, they should purchase a sufficient legal software license before they can install or use it.
